NISAR first results and effects of soil moisture on phase

Abstract: The NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar mission has now been active for a full year, and is operationally producing a range of InSAR, backscatter, and soil moisture products. I will summarize these and describe early results for the soil moisture product and how soil moisture effect on InSAR can be significant and some of the prospects for their mitigation.
