10:15 AM – 11:30 AM: Session 2 – The Preparation
- Efficiently Search Databases for the right opportunities.
- Prepare a Persuasive Concept Paper.
- Plan a Project with clear goals, objectives, and methodology.
- Build a Winning Team and describe roles effectively.
- AI Integration: Employing AI for database queries, drafting concept summaries, and outlining project plans.
11:30 AM – 11:45 AM: Short Break
11:45 AM – 12:30 PM: Session 3 – The Proposal Build
- Reverse Engineer successful previous proposals.
- Write the Major Sections (Need Statement, Goals & Objectives, Methods).
- Write Additional Sections: Timeline, Data Management, Dissemination, Evaluation Plans.
- Prepare a Clear and Justified Budget.
- AI Integration: Leveraging AI for section drafting, creating evaluation frameworks, and generating budget justifications.
