Haley Clint

Haley Clint is the Manager of Administration & Outreach, and works closely with the Assistant Dean of Research to structure and strategically advance the Office of Research. She holds responsibility for the Office's comprehensive operational, financial, events, and communications infrastructures, with a particular focus on forging interoffice collaborations and developing best practices and standardizations.

Haley has 10+ years of experience in event management and large venue operations, during which she has coordinated 300+ events ranging from intimate gatherings to 25,000 person concerts, and including highlights such as the 2018 Farm Aid Festival, 2016 AHL All-Star Classic, and the 2015 Boxing Hall of Fame Induction Dinner. Prior to joining the Climate School, Haley worked in venue operations at Live Nation Entertainment, coordinating business operations at the The Mann Center for the Performing Arts and ensuring that the venue and related matters operated within the scope of both organization's standards, policies, and culture. Across her career, Haley has project managed $4M+ in venue capital improvement projects, and created multiple SOP's for efficient venue business and front of house operations.

Haley holds a BS in Advertising & Public Relations from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
