We understand that running a field based sampling event with students requires careful pre-planning and identifying the necessary resources. To support our educators we have gathered many resources to support your sampling event. The page contains material to print for the field including step-by-step instructions for the protocols, and a range of ID resources for fish, arthropods, Hudson River plants, and more! To better support our teachers and educators we have developed a Teacher Master Recording Packet. Thist includes a complete description of each protocol, what it means and why it is included in this event, and the equipment and supplies needed. We also included examples of entries to guide your submission.

We recommend you print these sheets in color and either laminate them, or place them in a sealed plastic bag or sleeve so that students can use them in the field.
