Please join us in our outdoor Yoga fall flow.  Reduce stress, calm the mind, feel refreshed, energized, improve breathing, gain vitality and positive flow in the body.  This is a compassionate and fun environment to stretch with the CUIMC community on Haven Plaza.

All are welcome to participate. No mats required.
