Guillaume Georgeais

My current work is based on natural and experimental studies with a twist of numerical modeling on top. My research involves a mix of melt inclusions, embayments and crystals composition, and pyroclasts texture. The main goals are :

(1) to investigate how the surfacic physical processes (eruption size) are affected by the deep chemical parameters and (2) to reconcile the range of magma ascent rate estimated from the various geophysical or geochemical methods.
