Abdullah Al-Maruf

I am working as a Professor at the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. In 2023, I received a Fulbright Research Fellowship to work at Columbia Climate School at Columbia University. I worked as a research collaborator at the Mershon Center for International Security Studies at Ohio State University (USA). In 2017, I successfully completed my PhD at the University of Cologne, Germany. My research interests include climate change and adaptation, disaster resilience, ecosystem services, and livelihood succession with a focus on coastal Bangladesh. I would be very interested in collaborating with distinguished academics around the world who share my interests.
