We believe that science is best taught outdoors in the natural environment! Science Saturdays are free family-friendly organized programs that are aimed to engage and educate about our beautiful and unique environment.
Science Saturday is held seasonally from June 14th, 2025 to August 30th, 2025 every Saturday from 12:00 AM-4:00 PM at the Hudson River Field Station (200 Ferry Rd, Piermont NY). Come join us for a fun-filled day! Some programmed activities include:
- Seining and fish identification
- Water chemistry
- Hudson River Puzzle
- Hudson Based Games
- Plankton Survey
- Oysters monitoring
- And more!
